Welcome! A & E Behavioral Healthcare is named after my two amazing boys, one diagnosed with ASD — they are my daily inspiration and the heart behind this work. My passion is helping individuals and families reach their highest potential with emphasis in healing, strength, and hope!
I believe therapy should feel safe, affirming, and grounded in trust. My approach blends Compassion-Focused Therapy with evidence-based practices, such as, Psychoanalytic, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness theories,

Session fees listed are approximate and based on location. We accept health insurances in WA, KS, and OH! Please reach out to confirm pricing and to verify acceptance of your insurance or fee. Insurance payments will be processed by third party affiliates. Private pay is only accepted in VA at this time

Clinical supervision and consultation services are available for mental health professionals seeking thoughtful guidance, skill development, and ethical support in their clinical work. A & E Behavioral Healthcare, PLLC provides collaborative, experience-informed supervision and consultation designed to support clinicians at various stages of training and practice, with flexible options to meet individual and professional needs.
